If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return your garment to us in the same condition it was shipped to you (unworn, unwashed, stain and odor free) within seven days of your order and receive a full refund (minus shipping/handling fees).
If you do not have your return form, please put your invoice number on a note in the box/package along with your name, address, telephone number, email address, and the reason for the return. Place the return label provided, as well as proper postage on your package and mail it to the address listed below in the Contact Us section.
We proudly use the United States Postal Service to ship all packages. USPS allows us to keep shipping costs to a minimum while providing fast and reliable delivery to you. We offer First Class, Priority Mail and Overnight Deliver to all U.S. destinations. For international shipping we use First Class International delivery. Due to the fact that each order is custom printed for you, please allow up to three business days before your order ships. In the event that we will be unable to ship your order within three business days a member of our customer service team will contact you.
We understand that sometimes garments just don’t fit! Don’t worry, your satisfaction is our top priority! You may exchange your garment providing that it has not been washed, has no stains or odors.
